The Art of Wine is Sedona's Premier Wine Bar and Tasting Room. We are a busy shop in Uptown Sedona and have been in business for over 13 years. We serve a wide selection of Arizona, International and West Coast wines by the glass and by the bottle, as well as craft beer and local mead. Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic and upbeat person to join our team at The Art of Wine. We are willing to offer extensive hands-on training with wine and all beverages we offer, however BASIC WINE KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED. All applicants for The Art of Wine must:
-Be at least 21 years of age
-Have a sense of professional workmanship
-Have an interest in wine and/or the Arizona wine industry
-Have restaurant/service/hospitality experience
-Be kind, attentive and helpful when speaking with all guests
-Be able to calmly and professionally handle all guest's needs in a fast-paced environment
-Be able to handle cash transactions in a timely manner and have standard math skills
-Have an ability to learn and absorb information quickly
-Have a reliable source of transportation to and from work
-Take initiative to perform all tasks without direct guidance
-Have an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
At the moment we have 25 hours a week to offer - they will split between Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a potential for more hours in the future
