Odyssey Cellars has two tasting room locations focused on the beautiful and exotic varietals grown at Dragoon Mountain Vineyard, AZ's largest and most diverse winery; Cellar 433 & Winery 1912.
We are looking for a committed individual to help us share our passion for the Arizona wine industry with our guests at our beautiful locations in Sedona and Jerome and who understands the importance that EVERY PERSON'S ROLE IS PIVOTAL in the success of a customer service oriented business.

You must be able to work at least two shifts per week
You must be trainable, not intimidated! Wine is fun and you will learn a lot!
You must be at least 21 years old
You must be a proficient multi-tasker
You must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs,
You must be able to work on your feet for 6-8 hours at a time, climb stairs and move with a purpose.
You must have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, gossip is not tolerated.
You must have good hygiene / professional appearance
You must obtain YCHS and Title IV certification within 30 days of hire.
You must be conscientious of others.
You must be honest.
You must be consistent and reliable, be someone we can trust.
Part time availability to start, hours can increase based on performance. This is a sales driven position, it is our primary goal to educate guests with a true Arizona wine experience and to sell bottles of wine, merchandise and beautiful local art.
This is NOT just a bartender position, but tips are received.
Everyone here works equally at all tasks and has a passion for this industry.
Increase in hours can become available based on the following criteria:

Your ability to sell / up-sell the products available
Your willingness to work with and support everyone on the team
Your willingness and consistent fulfillment of side-work tasks
