We are recruiting for a dynamic, highly skilled, Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our US RecruitingTeam in either Flagstaff, AZ or Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Talent Acquisition (Recruiting)Specialists, hiring champions, interview teams, and other associates to plan and execute all aspects of interview coordination, including hiring strategy meetings, pre-interview meetings, wrap-up meetings, interviews, room/equipment reservations, interview packets, etc.
Managing the creation and data integrity of recruiting requisitions within Oracle Taleo Enterprise, our recruitment-management system and completing associated branding of new requisitions as needed
Serving as primary point of contact for internal and external candidates to manage all logistics associated with the interview process, such as itineraries/correspondences, travel accommodations, processing travel investments and reporting, and candidate interview packets
Supporting the seasonal college hiring program, if necessary, by facilitating student day welcome sessions and ensuring smooth transition for related planned daily activities
Partnering with business hiring champion to provide full-cycle recruiting for internal hiring as needed
Teaming with Talent Acquisition (Recruiting)team members to ensure business needs are met
Supporting process improvements and projects
Use independent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Required Job Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting in the area of logistics/coordination, interview scheduling and/or full-cycle recruiting, administration support, or HR services
Minimum of 3 years experience with advanced interview and/or meeting scheduling
Experience providing outstanding customer service, including the ability to anticipate customers needs
Provide high quality results in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated influencing skills, including the courage and confidence to challenge people and processes when appropriate
Exceptional written, oral, and listening skills, along with a high level of professionalism
Excellentorganization, strong attention to detail, and follow-through skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Flexibility with schedule and workload to meet deadlines
Change direction with skills and willingness when circumstances demand
Demonstrated ability to:
Multi-task and coordinate activities
Effectively prioritize tasks on a daily basis while managing a high volume work load
Use excellent judgment to solve problems in a fast-paced, complex environment
Work independently as well as having proven success as a contributing member of a team
Handle confidential information with discretion Ability to:

Desired Job Qualifications:
College degree
Prior experience using an applicant tracking system
Experience in designing and improving processes
Prior involvement with projects and project teams
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 /hour
