I'm looking for a reliable individual(s) to maintain a 2b/2b rental property in Sedona (near whole foods) 1420 W HWY 89A near willow way Work is very steady 75% booked since the listing went live in the summer of 2022. You will be responsible for multiple cleanings a week. This will vary depending on length of stay booked by the guest. You will have a window from 11am-4pm on check out/ check in days to have the unit(s) ready for the next guest. Attention to detail, reliability, efficiency and consistency is a must. You will be trained personally by the owner of the property. All necessary items will be supplied for you. Cleaning responsibilities are pretty straight forward and are as follows but not limited to changing / washing linens, sweeping, mopping, wiping/ dusting and or sanitizing all surfaces hot tub maintenance etc. Looking out for any broken/ missing items to be replaced etc. You will be provided with a checklist to ensure consistent turn over and so nothing is overlooked.
Pay is flat rate as follows. You will be paid immediately after each cleaning.
$160 per cleaning for the 2 bedroom
$75 for the studio and $90 for the 1 bedroom

The studio shouldn't take much more than an hour to clean so this is a great gig for someone available durning the above mentioned time. This should average you at least $50 an hour if not more, if you are utilizing your time effectively. You'll be making an average of $2000 a month with this gig if you can commit full time and prove to be reliable. This is again all dependent on guest bookings. 1-4 hours a day 3-5 days per week.
