Hi! Looking for someone (Will be hiring a couple people) with construction experience, good work ethic, and a basic understanding of the building trades.
Requirements:
Ability to work alone under guidance
Basic tools (saws, drills, hand tools etc.).
Capacity to follow instructions thoroughly.
This can possibly be full-time work
Examples of work to be done on the property
- flooring
- drywall
- painting
- stucco
- etc.
