Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping and lawn care, specifically with desert plants and flowers.
- Expertise in watering management for a variety of plant species.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and pump house maintenance and repairs.
- Skilled in tree care, including trimming, pruning orchard trees, and using natural fertilizers.
- Understanding of composting techniques and practices.
- Experience with managing large-scale landscape and lawn care operations.
- Care and maintenance of ponds and pond ecosystems.
- Ability to manage water flow and divert waterways as needed.
