Maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering. Assists maintenance engineers and other workers with their tasks. Cuts and maintains lawns and grass. Rakes and maintains leaves, and cares for plants, flowers, trees and shrubs. Determines the appropriate plants or shrubs for walkways or garden areas. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on gardening and grounds equipment. Maintains good public relations with residents.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years apartment or commercial maintenance experience
Knowledge of office procedures and bookkeeping
Possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
Insurable for driving company vehicles by FSL
