Project Manager/Groundskeeper/handyman
We have a full-time position available for a Jack of all trades. Prior experience with Airbnb rentals a plus. This position will support 3 luxury short-term rentals in Flagstaff. Salary negotiable, based on experience. Some of the job duties include but not limited to:
Minor carpentry repairs, check everything is in working order
Home inspection after cleaning crew
Stock supplies, maintain inventory
Trips to Home Depot, bashes
Maintain yardwork: blow leaves, maintain pond, shovel walkway, clean/arrange patio furniture, clean grill, etc
Submit monthly spreadsheet
Spa service knowledge a plus
On-call for emergency issue when guest on premises
