We have a 5-bedroom home in Sedona that we are renting out short-term. We need a reliable partner who can support our lead housekeeper with house cleaning and maintenance. The schedule would be around once a week or every 2 weeks, so it's more of an extra job for you. We are looking for someone who:
pays really good attention to detail:
- cleaning dust off of surfaces and under area rugs, checking for forgotten items in drawers, checking lights and replacing lightbulbs if needed, or reporting any damages at the house
efficient and knows how to prioritize:
-for example, getting laundry done in the background while cleaning the house
is confident and proactive at troubleshooting problems that come up
- finding workarounds to maintain a 5-star rating
- handyman skills a plus!
is always on time: reliable transportation is REQUIRED.
is good at communication: reliable phone and cell coverage is a MUST; responds quickly, keeps us updated on everything, can communicate effectively with guests
works well with others:
- can work collaboratively with our current lead housekeeper and support her in cleaning a large property within 4 hours
