21 foot travel trailer or an unfinished tiny house in exchange for 10 hours of work-trade per week, plus $20 per hour after that.
The work includes cleaning the 2-3 Airbnb's, feeding and caring for the 2 minature horses, (your feed time would probably be at 12:30 pm), walking/running them (like dogs), mucking, weeding, irrigation, and whatever else needs doing. prefer equine experience, but will train. The Airbnb's have a minimum 1-week stay, so you would never be cleaning each one more than once a week.
You must be fit, impeccably clean, attention to detail, on-time, be completely free of drugs/pharaceuticals, alcohol, ALL smoking, and use natural body and cleaning products. No perfumes except for essential oils. 3 monthes minimum contract. $500 security deposit. $50 per month for utilities. Includes wi-fi, water, garbage, recycling, electricity, laudry, vegetables and fruit from the gardens. Couples welcome. No pets in the RV. Well-behaved pets may be allowed in the unfinished tiny house. Retired, students or part-time workers only.
The 21 foot RV (travel trailer) is fully stocked except for bedding/towels and is connected to water, electric and sewage. It's very cute and probably better suited for 1 person. No pets. Available May 13th as of today.
The tiny house is 200 square feet and has limited electricity, an AC portable unit, a light, hot plate, tables, chairs, loft, a single-bed mattress, (you can put a bigger bed inside), lazy chair, divider for the bathroom. Outside there is a portable pump sink, composting toilet, shower up the hill, fridge, hammock, outdoor table/chairs, hose. Most people get a gym membership to use their shower in the colder months. It has no insullation or dry wall. Available May 5th, as of today.
