Aspey, Watkins, and Diesel Law Firm has an opening for a part-time file clerk, maximum of 32 hours. Office experience is helpful, and applicants must be available to work at least 8 to 5 Tuesdays and Thursdays. Applicants must also have a reliable vehicle.
Duties include: assisting attorneys and support staff by organizing case documents and client files, copying and scanning case documents, processing mail, maintaining onsite and offsite storage of client files, filing documents with various courts, organizing and maintaining common areas of the office, and providing backup assistance to the receptionist.
