Job Description:
The PLG Retention Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping Deckers Brands understand their customers and improve customer experiences across multiple channels. You will coordinate activations working with teams across the organization on both small and large-scale CRM marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in developing data-driven marketing campaigns that achieve stellar results. This candidate should be able to develop creative digital marketing activations from complex analytics and trends.
Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree
