Wylde Vacation Rentals is seeking a Communications Specialist. In this role, you will communicate via online messages with our guests that are staying in one of the 40+ homes that we manage.
This is a remote position. Operating hours are 8 AM to 8 PM Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Within that time frame, you must be able to respond to messages within 15 minutes, and you will be actively communicating with guests for a total of two to four hours per day.
Requirements:
Reliable internet connection
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Friendly, hospitality-oriented demeanor
Eager to assist guests with thorough answers to their questions
Go above and beyond in your responses to guests. Brief replies won’t cut it.
Local knowledge of Sedona and the surrounding area
Pay is based on the number of homes we are managing. Current pay is about $120 per day.
