Seeking long-term full or part-time Retreat Specialist to book and schedule retreats in West Sedona retreat office. Peaceful, zen work environment, sometimes fast-paced. Must have strong computer skills, including: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Manage phone and email inquiries with new clients, draft retreat proposals and send to prospective clients. Strong customer service and sales experience needed. Detail-oriented, self-starter, willing to take direction, learn, and ask questions. Great multi-tasker - prioritize new inquiries and manage client matters effectively. This position secures retreat bookings and schedules retreats, day packages, and yoga outings. Plus various projects to support business needs. Team player - willing to jump in and share your strengths and skills, learning and accepting new tasks as needed! 3-5 days per week - schedule is negotiable. Office is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. $18/hour to start, plus 5% Sales/Scheduling Bonus ($25-$50+/hour average with bonus).
