Guardian has an immediate need for a Full-Time Community Manager to join our experienced and committed team at Aspen Ridge Apartments!
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have a minimum of two years of experience managing a multifamily property. This position requires general knowledge of all property management duties and operations.
Compensation: $DOE + benefits!

Schedule: 40 hours / week; Monday - Friday.

Qualification Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience developing, maintaining and adhering to an annual budget.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong mathematical skills and basic understanding of property budgets and financial accounting.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.
Able to complete company training requirements for this position within pre-determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.
