Wylde Vacation Rentals is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Sedona. In this role, you will supervise a team of over 20 housekeepers with the ultimate goal of giving every guest an amazing five-star experience. We manage over 35 beautiful homes and set very high standards for cleaning.
We are looking for someone who will take pride in the homes they are caring for. You must have an eye for detail, and work effectively with a team to ensure every home is cleaned impeccably.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Inspect the work of the cleaning team, providing feedback and direction to ensure cleaning standards are maintained
Schedule and monitor housekeeping projects
Train new housekeepers
Manage consumables and linens inventory
Communicate with housekeeping team, solve problems
Coordinate with Operations Manager to address property improvements, maintenance, or damage
Ensure lost and found procedures are followed
Address miscellaneous housekeeping tasks as needed (skim pool, blow driveway, etc.)
Clean a home on short notice if the scheduled team member is unable to clean due to emergency
Interface with guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Qualifications:
Recent experience in a housekeeping supervisor/management role for 1+ years
Fluent in English and Spanish
Extremely detailed, self-directed, able to follow checklists exactly
Dependable, always on time
Open to feedback from management
Provides fresh ideas and suggestions for improvement
Have reliable transportation and basic cleaning tools including vacuum and mop
Proficient using computer and smartphone apps
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary based on experience
10 days paid time off
$1,000 per month Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)
