Job Requirements – Property Manager
1. Active Real Estate License
2. Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with property owners, tenants, vendors, and team members
4. Knowledge of property management laws and regulations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and fair housing compliance
5. Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications (Word, Excel, email platforms)
6. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
7. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to address tenant and owner concerns promptly and professionally
8. Reliable transportation.
