We are seeking hard charging sales associates who are dedicated to insuring our customer have a unique positive buying experience. Ideal candidates will be sociable, detail oriented, confident and have exceptional communication skills. Experience a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
Assist those customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets to find the perfect vehicle to sell them.
Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot and on the road.
Assist the customers in the completion of their sales applications and related paperwork.
Correctly entering customer information into various sales databases in a timely manner for each deal.
Have a professional demeanor both on and off the clock while representing our business.
Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily and by reporting any problems to the General Manager.
Assist management in insuring the lot is merchandised correctly to attract maximum sales, including stepping in to help with washing and car prep.
Requirements
A valid Arizona drivers license with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Computer skills and operation knowledge.
Ability to work long hours, stand and walk for long hours on a daily basis.
Commitment to working a full time schedule, 50 hours on average.
