Prodigi Remote Personnel System is looking to hire and onboard 3 new sales managers this week. This position works remotely and works through our system to run a team of 5-20 agents. The remote sales manager is responsible for oversight, incentivization, motivation, tracking and reporting to the executives. This position is expected to conduct 1-on-1 meetings through video conference weekly, with each member on their team. You'll be the main point of contact for the agents on your team and will be compensated based on their performance. This is not a difficult job, but does require sharpness, sales skills, team-building skills, computer literacy, preferably a proficiency in Google Suite (at least the main apps), attention to detail, willingness to follow direction etc.
This position carries a guarantee on income of $80,000 annually, plus bonuses and unlimited commission. The guarantee is not a salary. It is a threshhold based commission system. If you fail to reach the $6,700 threshold with your commissions, we will cover the difference out of pocket. This, has never happened to a full time manager and the average income for this role is $139,840 annually. We also provide bonus opportunities up to $10,000 per month based on team performance.
