Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role in Sedona, AZ, for a Spirit-Led Operations & Sales Guide. The individual in this role will engage with clients to understand their needs, guide them in selecting appropriate retreat services, and create customized retreat programs. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, coordinating schedules with practitioners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting with logistical aspects of retreats. The role requires a strong ability to connect with clients and maintain clear communication to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills for building rapport with clients and scheduling sessions.
Experience with sales, consultation, and guiding clients through tailored service selection.
Organizational and administrative skills to coordinate schedules, manage multiple priorities, and ensure seamless retreat operations.
Passion for holistic wellness, spiritual growth practices, and familiarity with modalities such as meditation, yoga, counseling, and life coaching.
Ability to work on-site in Sedona, AZ, with flexible hours.
Experience in hospitality or retreat coordination is a plus.
Comfortable working as part of a diverse, collaborative team of guides and healers.
