Position Overview: As a Wellness Advocate & Sales Specialist, you will be the face of ROHCT Wellness Bar, guiding our clients toward products and services that will enhance their health and well-being. This is more than just a sales position; it's an opportunity to inspire others to embrace a healthier lifestyle while building meaningful relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Engage with clients to understand their wellness goals and recommend appropriate products and services.
-Drive sales by educating clients about the benefits of our offerings, including wellness classes, IV therapies, and nutritional products.
-Maintain a positive, welcoming and clean environment at ROHCT
-Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and fostering a loyal customer base.
-Meet or exceed sales targets to earn commissions.
-Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in wellness to better serve our clients.
