Sparrow Massage Sedona is a local, independent company welcoming new therapists to be part of a close team providing high quality, professional, outcall massage services within Sedona, AZ.
As this is an Independent Contractor position, you will be your own boss and have the creative freedom to be yourself in your sessions, however with this freedom there is a greater responsibility. Please do not apply if you are unsure if this suits your personality.
Workload is dependent on season, on your self determined availability & ability to communicate effectively. The current estimation of work available is anywhere from 1-6 appointments per week with a possibility for more. Your earnings will be a fixed 65% commission rate which is currently at $91 for 60 minutes and $110.50 for 90 minutes plus you keep all your tips. Please keep in mind that as the business does well and I raise my prices, your pay will also increase. Therefore there is incentive for all to excel, and there is no glass ceiling so to speak.
We provide only mobile services and all work is hands-on. Please do not apply if you are not willing to do outcall work that is full-body firm Swedish and Therapeutic Deep Tissue sessions. No exceptions, this is what is in demand and needed.
