NOW HIRING FOR ONE GUTTER INSTALLER POSITION.
This is a seasonal part/full-time position.
This position is for 3 to 5 days a week starting now and going through the end of December.
Hours worked can vary. We are at a different job almost every day. There are lots of moving parts with clients and materials that often affect scheduling. Each job is different. Often we work 8 to 10 hours, some days we finish early.
If employment went well, we can talk about continued employment, at the end of the year. The gutter installation season ends January first and starts back up again about the beginning of April.

The ideal A plus candidate:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a working phone and know how to use it.
Must speak English and be legally able to work in the US.
Must be alcohol-free, drug free and smoke-free and be able to pass a drug test.
Must be flexible about scheduling.
Must be accountable to your word.
Must show up on time when you are expected, constantly, and always communicate changes ahead of time!
Is stoked to make good money installing gutters!
Enjoys learning and mastering skills!
Shows up to work bringing their best selves - well rested, clean and prepared.
Is strong enough, agile enough, and young enough to be suited to working on tall ladders.
I am willing to train the right person with no previous experience necessary, however,
BONUS POINTS TO CANDIDATES WHO:
Has experience working with gutters.
Has experience working in any job that requires lots of time on an extension ladder, such as window cleaning or painting.
Has experience in the trades and is generally competent with a tape measurer, power tools and manipulating materials.
Is skilled in driving a truck with a large trailer, including being able to safely back the trailer and maneuver in tight spaces, and has a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
An experienced and responsible candidate who can safely drive the truck and gutter trailer would be eligible for a lead installer position and more pay.
