Must have earthwork knowledge and experience operating heavy equipment.
Must be able to:
read plans,
manage quality control,
manage grade control,
manage materials,
enforce safety regulations,
keep project on schedule and within budget.
Must be willing to travel between various job sites STATEWIDE.
