Morning Dew Landscaping is looking for an experienced, well qualified mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Must enjoy working on vehicles and all types of equipment. We are a very busy shop that works on a multiple variety of equipment each day. Come join our team with a great work environment and where no day is the same.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair all systems on vehicles and all types of equipment
Must have technical experience to diagnose and use scan tool on check engine light coding, this will also include electrical diagnoses
Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and all types of equipment
Must have experience in diesel engines
The equipment ranges from light trucks to heavy trucks, all construction equipment and mowing equipment
The ability to work on all snow removal equipment, plows, snow pusher and cinder spreaders. Can be trained, if needed
This also includes on call needs for all snow removal
Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all team members
Perform other duties as required
ASE certification is a plus but not required
Must have your own tools to perform every day work needs
Must be able to lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs
Strong verbal and documentation skills
Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude
Regular, on-time and predictable full attendance is an essential function of this job
Requires frequent standing, moving, walking, climbing, bending and sitting in this position

A valid driver’s license and 3 year clean MVD driving record is a requirement of this position.
This is a full time year-round position. Must reside in Flagstaff as this position is on-call during winter snow events.
