Qualifications:
Experience in residential excavation work and septic systems
Must be familiar with backhoes and other excavating equipment and perform daily maintenance on jobsite equipment
Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
Leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges
Perform duties adhering to company safety procedures and policies
CDL driver is a plus
