OnCall Staffing is looking for a TILE SETTER for one of our wonderful clients. This position is ONGOING, 5 day a week + OT if needed. This job is helping at NEW red roof inn, IN WILLIAMS AZ. This is an ASAP start, with Same week pay! Please see job details below!
PAY: $27/HR-$28/HR+ DOE
SHIFT: Morning shift, Monday-Friday. SAME WEEK PAY!
Job Description:
The Tile Setter will be responsible for installing tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces in various settings
Measuring and marking the surfaces where the tiles will be installed
Preparing the surface: Cleaning, leveling, and smoothing the surface
Cutting tiles: Using tools like wet saws, tile scribes, or handheld cutters to cut tiles to size
Applying adhesive: Spreading mortar, mastic, or other adhesive on the surface. Mixes, applies, and spreads plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesive to apply, seal, and finish tile and marble flooring, counters, or walls.
Laying tiles: Placing the tiles in a pattern, ensuring they are straight and precise
Grouting: Applying grout between the tiles and cleaning the surface after the grout dries
Constructs underbed and sets anchor bolts, wires, and brackets.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 5+ years in tile setting
Must have your own tools & PPE
Must be RELIABLE
Must be able to work Monday-Friday.
