Job Details
Ideal Candidate Is passionate about understanding complex systems Has outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Loves to make sense of information and organize it into meaningful patterns Has a passion for staying current on emerging data technologies and experimenting with modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake) Is a lifelong learner who wants to apply their knowledge to scaling a 2 sided marketplace for hyper-growth.
3+ years of experience configuring, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-based relational databases
Skilled in performance tuning and optimization
Well-versed in scaling data architecture, both vertically and horizontally
Extensive knowledge of database design and theories
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience and interest in working with lean, agile teams and agile sprints
Knowledge of DB security best practices
