Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes.
Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results.
Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
Be cross-trained in one of our market leading HCM cloud platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors

The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.Requirements:
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Direct experience in any programming language (Java, .Net, Python,) or Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge with an ERP, COTS, Packaged, or of the shelf technologies
HCM Certified (on any of the Technology platforms i.e. Workday, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft etc.)
Desire to be re-tooled into any of our HCM platforms (Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
