1 Year experience in a lab, or similar experience
Familiarity with pH testing, viscosity, scale & volume measurements is a plus
salary: $21.99 - $22 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 1:30 PM - 10 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
Performs various tests to ensure product compliance to quality standards
Prepare various recipes & formulations in a small scale kitchen
Works with various products such as icing, fillings, glazes, and etc…
Maintains documentation related to testing, recipes, and formulations
Will maintain ingredient inventory and product samples
Must adhere to good manufacturing practices and food safety policies
Will clean and sanitize QA/R&D test kitchen, equipment, and utensils
Observe production to ensure compliance of QA standards are applied
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
