Position Details:Adult Patient·Acuity Level: Gtube/Trach·Location: Gilbert (85296)·Schedule: Monday through Friday 9a-1p (Day SHIFTS)About case: Patient is an adult female patient who is needing help 5 days a week. They are 4 hour shifts, The patient has a gtube and trach. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. (We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
