As a Sr Workday HCM Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:

Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday.

Lead workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Comp, Advanced Comp, Payroll, and more)

Serve as an advisor to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise.

Build consensus around business processes and design.

Communication of Workday HCM capabilities and limitations

Configuration of Workday HCM application

Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts

Writes technical specifications.

Supports clients through testing.

Serve as mentor junior staff.

Manage onshore and offshore resources.

Workday Core HCM Certification

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any pertinent field or industry is required.

5+ years' experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM.

6+ years' of consulting and/or industry experience.

Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions.

Experience in Workday HCM in one or more of the following modules: Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence, Learning

Experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment.

Must live in a commutable distance(approximately 100-mile radius) to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA

Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time

Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
