THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PHOENIX, AZDescription:
Component Team Leads will complete overhaul and repair of thrust reversers, actuators, flight controls, landing gear, and other electromechanical components in an MRO shop
Manage a team of 10-12 to complete repair tasks
Components will support primarily Boeing and Airbus aircraft for around 25 different customers
Work in a 100% air-conditioned facility
Requirements:
FAA A&P License
3+ years of MRO/Part 145 experience
Tools are NOT required
Pay:
$35/hr - $45/hr
Work Schedule:
1 st Shift (7am-4pm), Mon-Fri
Placement:
6-month Contract to Hire
Benefits are 100% paid by the company once you go direct
PTO is accrued based on your start date
