Six months radiology experience
Completion of approved Radiologic Technologist Program
STATE : Must hold and maintain AZ DHS Bureau of Special Licensing CRT: Certified Radiologic Technologist (CT CRT) and CTCT: Certified Technologist/Computed Tomography (LIC CT)
NATIONAL : Must also hold and maintain national American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (CT ARRT) and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)
