Description:Job summaryThe Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Amazon Inbound Transportation.As we continue to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics. Good relationship building skills, good at organization, communicate effectively on top of technical skills, going through lowest cost provide, managing disruptions as they occur, supply chain technical skills.
Can be from supply chain or logistics, but they are open, a lot of support and training for hard skills, what is more difficult is the interpersonal and organizational skills, need to hit the ground running. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of Logistics, Supply Chain or experience preferred Understanding of basic data analytical skills Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals.
