Description We are seeking a committed and meticulous Civil Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Business Litigation) to be a part of our boutique law firm client's team in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing civil litigation cases, maintaining case documents, and effectively communicating with clients. You will also be tasked with calendar management and claim administration.Responsibilities Utilize Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software and CompuLaw for various tasks. Handle various billing functions associated with the case management. Prepare and manage briefing documents, and assist with discovery and trial preparation. Administer claims and facilitate the resolution of any claim-related issues. Maintain open and clear communication lines with clients and other stakeholders. Oversee calendar management to ensure all deadlines and appointments are met. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from start to finish.
