(Job Description)Globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company is currently hiring for a Outbound Dispatch Specialist. On a day-to-day basis, this role will be handling around 60 to 80 outbound calls a day. The main focus of this role is to ensure there are no disruptions when a driver picks up a load until the point of final delivery. Common issues can be: 1) driver is ready to pick up a load but the load is not there, 2) there will be an expected delay with the delivery arrival, 3) navigating the drivers with the best route for deliveryetc. This role will be responsible for handling various cases to figure out a creative resolution for each cases. There will be a lot of problem solving and investigating in this role.(Position Details)Title – Outbound Dispatch Specialist Pay – $21/hr. (Final Pay Rate)Schedule – 9:30 AM - 6 PM MST (Saturday through Wednesday or Friday through Tuesday; 1 Weekend Mandatory)Location – Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite)Contract Duration - 4 Month Contract To Start with HIGH Potential for Conversion to FTE(Must Have Qualifications)

1-2+ years of high volume call center customer support experience.

Must have problem solving and critical thinking work experience (not reading off script, but providing solutions).

Tier 2 or Tier 3 Help Desk experience is highly preferred.

Must not be job hoppy

Must be very comfortable working in a fast-paced, high metric-based environment

High detail-orientation with a high sense of urgency

Comfortable speaking with high volume of delivery drivers with different personalities.

Must be able to working on Holidays.
