Description We are seeking a Project Assistant to join our team in the Professional Services industry, located in Mesa, Arizona. As a Project Assistant, your role will revolve around managing various tasks for a specific project, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and management of a recruited audience screening, ensuring all elements are effectively organized and executed. Liaise with the team to implement the dress code policy, ensuring all staff adhere to the professional dress code requirements. Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for all staff involved in the screening, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Communicate effectively with all team members, resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all study numbers and ensure they are correctly used on all invoices to prevent any delay in payment. Monitor and manage the call times for each day of the screening to ensure smooth operation and adherence to schedule. Ensure all staff are physically capable of standing for long periods of time, as the job entails a lot of standing and moving quickly. Handle any customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Proven experience in a project management or administrative role Proficiency in project management software tools Understanding of project management methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Experience in custom development Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools Ability to think critically and make decisions Strong customer service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely project completion.
