This role reports to the Marketing Director in a fast-paced, technology-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

Strategically lead creation of Verra Mobility and Government Solutions business branded materials from concept to completion

Contribute to the design and maintenance of a comprehensive visual framework to establish consistent aesthetics and deliver and maintain brand identity.

Lead the design, development and production efforts for the design process and deliverables

Concept and collaborate on large marketing campaigns, external and internal

Develop marketing campaigns and collateral for Verra Mobility customers and internal teams including but not limited to sales, product, HR, legal teams

Facilitate and participate in brainstorming, design thinking workshops

Create custom digital and print advertising materials including presentations, infographics, digital assets, product cut-sheets and brochures, product logos and packaging, social media images/videos/animations, event graphics, trade show materials etc.

Present work while navigating conversations eloquently and strategically

Proactively communicate with internal teams on project scope, status and budget

Develop, manage and enforce compliance of brand standards including asset creation and creative resource management

Maintain and organize an archive of images, photos and design files.

Manage external agency relationships by leading, evaluating and providing feedback on all creative

Develop material for web pages and manage, maintain and coordinate all website updates

Perform research on competitors and market trends in order to develop cutting edge design elements that breakthrough the clutter

Proo and correct mock-ups, ensuring high-quality work

Recommend ways, practices and methods to streamline the design process

Meet tight deadlines and thrive in an incredibly fast-paced, high output creative environment

Video and editing skills preferred

Editing original video and photo content using the Adobe Suite is preferred

A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field from a regionally accredited institution

Minimum of 5 years of experience in design/graphic arts/illustration or similar

Excellent communications skills, online and in person

Works collaboratively with a passionate and highly motivated team

Technical Qualifications:

Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

Skilled at integrating assets generated from core Adobe programs into PowerPoint

Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred

Has the ability to comprehend and interpret documents, listen attentively and follow instructions

Has a history of creating and managing strong relationships with team members and clients

Very comfortable with Microsoft Office programs like Word, Power Point, and Outlook

Experience with UX design

Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
