Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, customer service, and data entry and uploading scanned documents, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office experience is preferred. Career minded individuals ONLY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist with reconciling daily mail and legal documents
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry, customer service, and Microsoft
- Knowledge of Quick Books (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
