Seeking a new home construction superintendent that has the skills and personality to be the personal builder for our customers while managing subcontractors. More important that the person be good with managing customer needs and relationships than necessarily having deep construction knowledge. Must be an excellent communicator and amazing at prioritizing duties. Must be able to use computers/smartphones/ipads for work purposes. Will manage from 10 to 20+ builds at one time depending on size and project complexity. Understand emailing, internet, texting, and Bluetooth. Must have clean driver record and current valid license. Must pass drug tests. Needs to live in Kingman or very nearby, Bullhead and Lake Havasu are too far away. Please email resume and contact info.
