Teacher Aide positions to assist at their Preschool location in Needles, CA starting at $15.42 per hour.
Our client, a large Public Agency in San Bernardino is seeking qualified Teacher Aides for long and short term preschool projects. This position is located in Needles, CA in San Bernardino County. This position will assist a lead teacher in a variety of functions, and may include observing, supervising and planning activities such as story-telling and art projects as well as other organizational duties and child care. This role will require a great deal of patience and being able to assist children in a positive manner.
The Teacher Aide position has a Monday thru Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm or a Monday thru Thursday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm. We are seeking candidates with good work ethics, a professional and friendly manner, excellent organizational and communication skills, who are capable of working independently or in a team environment with proven ability to work with children responsibly and positively. Below you will note a few of the requirements along with the rest of the details for this position.
Requirements:
ï° Associate Degree (or Higher) in Child Development or Early Childhood Education. An Alternate degree may be substituted if you have 6 semester/9 quarter units in Child Development or Early Childhood Education coursework.
ï° A Food Handlers Permit Obtained through San Bernardino County Public Health.
Or
ï° An Associate Teacher Permit (or higher).
ï° A Food Handlers Permit Obtained through San Bernardino County Public Health.
