Bring your talents including leadership, enthusiasm and aptitude for service while meeting or exceeding guest needs as our Food & Beverage Manager. The work is fast paced, the environment is upbeat, and our customers appreciate life on the river and off-roading. You will need 5 years of experience in high volume restaurant/bar environment. Responsibilities include overall operation, budgeting, hiring staff, scheduling, purchasing and cost control of food/liquor and labor. In addition you will make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation/presentation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service, kitchen safety techniques and an understanding of health standards.
Corporate training and experience a plus!
Work includes most weekends, evenings and holidays. A valid drivers license, pre-employment drug test and background screening required. Compensation is dependent on experience.
