Labor Systems Temporary Services is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual for a part time Janitorial position. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas.
Janitorial essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Janitorial position will perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed
Janitorial position will manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot
Janitorial position will complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
Janitorial position will remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
Janitorial position must handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped
Experience required for Janitorial Position:
2+ years janitorial experience
High school diploma/GED required
Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Capacity to take direction
Strong attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
Janitorial position is part time Monday Friday from 8 am to 12 pm. Qualified candidates for the position must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
