Director Of Surgery Services - Fort Mohave, AZ Position Summary
Assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse. Position responsibilities include ensuring continuity of patient care, serving as a resource for subordinate staff, facilitating problem solving, assisting with Quality Improvement Activities, staff education and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves
● Graduate of a Program in Nursing at Bachelors of Science level or higher required
● Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association required

● Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse required
● Minimum of 2 years as director of Surgical Services in a critical care hospital required
● Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association required upon hire
