Looking to hire a CNA or Caregiver for 1:1 Direct Care in the patients home. Patient requires one person assist for personal cares and for transfers. Part-time only.
Duties include:
- Help patients with activities of daily living and housekeeping.
- Provide emotional support to patient and patient’s family.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.
