Join Our Growing Team as a Maintenance Supervisor!
We’re looking for a team player to become an essential part of our expanding company. If you’re ready to prove you can lead a crew and keep our clients happy, this is the opportunity for you.
Starting at $18/hour (1099 contract) — but crucially, we want you to earn it by showing you can manage effectively. We’ve had many say they can do this, but not everyone proves it. We’re investing time and resources, but only after you demonstrate your ability to lead.
What we offer:
- $18/hour (1099 contract work) with raise after 60 days of proven abilities
- Truck and trailer (plus gas)
- All necessary tools
- A team of 2-3 workers depending on the day
- Work shirts/t-shirts
- 3 lunches per week (Not just sandwiches but sometimes it is! We make sure to add chips, snack and drink)
What we need from you:
- Valid driver’s license (we check)
- 1099 info for payroll
- Ability to drive to our truck and trailer
- Leadership skills to run a team
- Ability to maintain 15 properties per day while keeping clients happy
- Skilled at door knocking and ensuring clients are satisfied
- Ability to operate a tablet with our scheduling software
