Resident Manager Needed- 28 Unit Building in Needles, CA
We are looking for a property manager with at least 2 years of management experience. The ideal candidate has fexible working hours or works from home. We are looking for a someone who is handy and can handle minor tenant repairs as needed.
ABOUT THE BUILDING:
- 28 Unit building located in Needles
- Mix of one and two bedrooms
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Handling move-in and move-out inspections
- Overseeing all maintenance / vendor work and unit turnover to make units ready to move in
- Handling calls and emails from prospective tenants in a timely manner
- Showing vacant units and helping to process rental applications
- Collecting rents
- Serving notices to tenants
- Handling maintenance requests and scheduling vendors
- Ensuring the building cleanliness and curb appeal is maintained daily
- Appfolio Property Management software experience preferred but not required
- Minor maintenance repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two (2) years of managerial type experience.
- CLEAN credit history (no evictions or bankruptcies). Clean background. Background check is required.
- Applicants must have a vehicle as some light driving is required (e.g., pick up supplies, mail notices at the post office, etc.).
- Must be proficient with email, internet, texting
- Must have car insurance
- Must have, computer/laptop, printer/scanner, & a smart phone
Compensation as a Part-Time Position is Free Rent on a 1bedroom Apartment
