Seeking Experienced Landscaper who can follow instruction and complete needed tasks/jobs in an effective and efficient manner.
1.) Knowledge of local plants, trees and bushes a must.
2.) Ability to figure out solutions to problems.
3.) Must have eye for symmetry and ability to carry it out in your work.
4.) One the duties of this position is to manicure cut/trim and clean customers yard for very particular clientele.
This includes "knowledge & experience" of how to properly trim trees, bushes and plants in this area. As well, how to plant and remove trees, bushes and plants.
5.) Must have knowledge and ability to use tools of the trade, in order to service clients in a professional manner. Tools not to be left out in customer's path or leaning against customer's home. Dropping or throwing down tools in a loud fashion not acceptable.
(i.e.: knowledge and experience of how to use blower, various rakes, shovels, trimmers, dust pan, trash can, etc)
6.) Must be able to lift 80lbs, bend, twist, work in various terrain conditions that can be physically a challenge to some. This position requires assembling parts at times where strong hands will be the only method to complete tasks.
7.) Must be able to work alone, with others and to at times, supervise others hired just to work with you.
8.) Time management while servicing our clients with an acceptable appearance and a courteous demeanor are key to what our long-time, established clients appreciate and expect.
Landscaping experience in another region of the country or in a different climate is NOT a substitution for local experience.
Honesty goes a long way.
Please, do not tell us you have experience when you do not. We are willing to work with and train in some deficient areas for the right person.
Critical areas to be honest with us about:
- Not having exact experience working with, installing and troubleshooting local irrigation systems in this area.
- Weak hands or inability to use your hands for installing irrigation parts. As well, if you have not installed or worked with these type of materials or parts before.
- You have no knowledge of plants, trees, bushes of this area and their watering req.
- Physical limitations that will hinder your ability to work. Emotional, Health, Personal, in general non-work issues, problems or appointments that you tend to during work. This also includes the inability to stay off cell phone while working at customer's homes.

No other work experience will substitute.
We are not looking for plumbers, roofers, brick layers, etc. If you have that experience AND landscaping experience as described, That is Great! Plumbing experience is not a substitute for irrigation in this area.
Must drive yourself to and from work in your own vehicle you do not share.
You also must answer & carry your own cell phone and live (not visit or stay) in the Bullhead City, Ft. Mohave or Laughlin area only.
Serious pay for serious inquiries only.
Part-time to Full-time avail.
$15-$28+ per hour CASH DAILY or long term payroll once established.
