Essential Job FunctionsParticipates in the creative process, assisting the NextGen Video Team Lead and Visual Arts Director in conceptual discussions, layouts, scripts, and storyboards.Uses biblical understanding and ministry discernment to influence the development and execution of content, helping shape how messages are communicated through video, storytelling, and the overall service experience.Collaborates with NextGen ministry partners in the ideation and development process to create content that supports the ministry’s message and goals.Reviews and provides input on scripts, slides, stories, and creative concepts, communicating recommended changes to help ensure content is clear, age-appropriate, and aligned with the intended ministry direction.Operates cameras, lighting, sound, and standard grip responsibilities on field and studio projects.Works directly with kids, students, volunteers, and on-screen talent, helping them feel comfortable and confident while coaching them through the production process.Edits video and/or motion graphic content for various ministries.
